Temperature dependence of the electro-elastic properties was studied. The α-BIBO exhibited low dielectric loss over −150 °C∼150 °C. The electromechanical properties were found to be nearly temperature independent. Positive and negative temperature coefficients for piezoelectric coefficients were obtained.
