The steady state emission spectra of DMOBA in BSA is different from HSA The dye-protein binding interactions are remarkably stronger for BSA than HSA Binding to BSA is dictated by the van der Waals and hydrogen bonding interactions, whereas, for HSA it is guided by polar interactions DMOBA is located respectively, in Sudlow’s site II and Sudlow’s site I of BSA and HSA.
