BioFTF is an R package to study biodiversity with the functional data analysis. New ecological indicators for the analysis of ecological communities are proposed. The surface area ranks communities according to their biodiversity. A single R script allows to obtain the whole analysis. An R script provides a.pdf file with the ranking table and the graphs.
