A new series of 1,3-thiazole integrated pyrazoline scaffolds are synthesized and characterized. The reduced radical scavenging activity of compounds could be attributed to sterically hindered conformation. The compounds bound effectively to antibacterial target pyrimdine nucleoside hydrolase YbeK with bound ribose complex.
