Phase composition and NaCl concentration affect the IgG partitioning significantly.

Accumulation of IgG at the interface intensified as phase composition increased.

This phenomenon was correlated with a linear relationship between ln G and Δ[PEG].

A linear relationship between ln K and NaCl concentration was proposed.

All the studied ATPSs were fitted well with the applied equation.
