Preferentially c-axis oriented Bi4NdTi3Fe0.7Ni0.3O15 ceramics were prepared by MSS. The effect of ST on the orientation degree of the ceramic was investigated. Obvious magnetic anisotropy in Bi4NdTi3Fe0.7Ni0.3O15 compounds was demonstrated.
