The some nutritional and seed properties of three wild edible plants were investigated. The wild edible plants analyzed in this study had important nutritional properties. The plants were collected from four different provinces in the Middle Black Sea Region of Turkey. The nutritional and seed properties of plants varied depending on species and locality.
