The high-silicon coating enhancing the oxidation resistance was prepared. The blisters made a contribution to the reducing of oxidation for carbon steel. The solid phase sintering reactions enhanced anti-oxidation effect of the steel. The products containing Cr and Si played critical role for oxidation resistance. The oxidation mass loss of the steel was reduced by about 85% through the coating.
