A 3D MRT phase-change model considering conjugated heat transfer is proposed. Roughened surfaces with different cavities are numerically studied. Cavity shapes show significant influences on the features of NBHT. The total heat transfer rate increases with the mouth of reentrant cavities. Surface with low wettability benefits the total heat transfer rate.
