A novel irreducible ankle fracture-dislocation pattern is described: the Bosworth-like tibio-fibular fracture. Bosworth Injury can be associated to a complex tibial pilon fracture. CT scan is essential to clearly detect the reason of the ankle irreducibility. Early surgical intervention is reccommended to avoid serious complications.
