A thermal therapy for cancer in skin tissue is numerically investigated. The impact of uncertainties in the cancer properties on the thermal damage is studied. The type of bioheat model has the largest influence on the thermal damage. The thermal damage depends significantly on the phase lags. The thermal conductivity is the thermophysical parameter with greatest influence.
