Solvothermal approach of novel Bi2S3/TiO2/RGO composites is simple. Introduction of graphene enhanced the adsorption capacity and conductivity of Bi2S3/TiO2/RGO. Bi2S3/TiO2/RGO shows high photocatalytic activity under simulated solar light. Bi2S3/TiO2/RGO exhibits excellent durability and reusability.
