A significant correlation between ΔCBT-chip and ΔCBT-logger (R = 0.71, P < 0.05) during the heat stress was established. SBT measured under the wing correlated with CBT-logger (R = 0.71, P < 0.05). Bland-Altman plot showed that the mean bias in change in core body temperature measured by logger and microchip was 0.1 °C.
