Gas permeability decreases and O2/N2 selectivity is unchanged with 13X filling. Water vapor permeability increases with 13X filling due to higher water solubility. Gas permeability is reduced for MMM with smaller particles. Water permeability is enhanced for MMM with particles of higher porosity. Water caused debonding leads to transport properties worsening of PSF based MMMs.
