Batch and flowthrough pretreatments performed in dilute acid and hot water conditions. 8 enzymatic hydrolysis conditions using cellulase, xylanase and BSA. Co-addition of xylanase to cellulase was better than their sequential addition. BSA had larger effect on enzymatic hydrolysis of flowthrough solids than batch solids. BSA had larger effect on enzymatic hydrolysis of dilute acid solids than hot water solids.
