Temperature dependence of heat capacity of KNbTeO6 has been measured by precision adiabatic vacuum calorimetry. The thermodynamic functions of the KNbTeO6 have been determined for the range from T → 0 to 332 K. The character of heterodynamics of structure was detected. The phase transitions and thermal decomposition of KNbTeO6 were determined. Structural changes in phase transitions were studied by high-temperature Raman spectroscopy.
