‘I can’t accept that feeling’: Relationships between interoceptive awareness, mindfulness and eating disorder symptoms in females with, and at-risk of an eating disorder

Mindfulness is inversely related to anorexia, bulimia and interoceptive deficits. Such relationships are more pronounced in those at risk of eating disorders. Interoceptive deficits mediate the mindfulness-disordered eating relationship.
