Posture visibility may affect between-observer variability in posture ratings. Trunk and upper arm posture was observed from 84 video-recorded workshifts. Observers classified video frames as showing fully or partly visible postures. Between-observer variability was smaller when arm was fully visible. Visibility of the trunk did not consistently influence observer variability.
