Post-thermal treatment at 850 °C enhanced Pt particle stability. Higher catalyst accessibility for HGS-supported Pt than for Vulcan-supported ones. Feasibility of MT-DMFC was demonstrated up to 110 °C with Nafion 117. Decrease in ohmic resistance by using HGS support.
