High performance polymer solar cells modified with solution-processed tantalum methoxide (Ta-OMe) cathode buffer layer. Ta-OMe cathode interfacial layer bares electron extraction and light-trapping dual functions. With Ta-OMe interfacial layer, the power conversion efficiency of the PSC based on PTB7-Th:PC71BM reaches10.18%.
