Effects of Cu were investigated in two different exposure ways. Single application of Cu displayed more toxicity to microorganisms than repeated addition. Higher microbial tolerance to tylosin was formed in repeated-Cu addition. Degradations of antibiotics in soil were dependent on microbial activity.
