Electrochemical biosensor for B/C genotyping of hepatitis B virus. Design probes of genotypes B and C with different melting temperature. One electrode-based BSA-dual-probe genotyping sensor is established. Relationship between two readings from hybridizations at two different temperatures. The genotype of HBV can be successfully distinguished.
