Sb-doped ZnO films were deposited on sapphire substrates with different molar ratio of Sb/Zn. Low-temperature PL spectrum of Sb-doped ZnO film observed the excitons including FX, DoX, AoX, FA and DAP. Binding energy of Sb accepter was estimated to be 0.19 eV.
