Label-free electrochemical impedance peptide-based biosensor for the detection of cardiac troponin I incorporating gold nanoparticles modified carbon electrode
Electrochemical impedance peptide-based biosensor for cardiac troponin I was developed. The biosensors showed the low detection limit of 3.4 pg/mL cardiac troponin I. Gold nanoparticles/carbon electrode can greatly reduce the background signal. A suitable impedance analog circuit was designed.
