Zearalenone glucosides showed different deglycosilation rate in human Caco-2 cell lines. ZEN14Glc but not ZEN16Glc are significantly deglycosilated by human cytosolic β-glucosidase. ZEN14Glc and ZEN16Glc can be uptaken by Caco-2 monolayers, but at lower extent than ZEN.
