A novel and green cyclodextrin-assisted liquid-solid extraction method is presented.

The proposed method involves the use of UHPLC-ECD and Q-TOF/MS.

The innovative method was efficient and economic for phenolic compounds extraction.

This method was applied for the determination of phenolic compounds in jujube fruit samples.
