Functionalized regenerate cellulose (TMA-C), was synthesized via one-step reaction. TMA-C can effectively recovery the toxic selenium compounds from waste waters. TMA-C-Se(IV) could be easily eluted and can be reused many times. Set up an coupling technique for economic and effective determination of Se(IV).
