Clathrate hydrates leads to formation of 225±25 nm and 1–3 μm pores. Impact of clathrate hydrates reduces Elow of collagen tissue by 70–80%. Chitosan increases σts and Ehigh of the porous collagen tissue (⊥) to 120% and 135%.
