Dual-labeled TRFIA has been developed to detect clenbuterol and salbutamol simultaneously. The TRFIA showed highly specific, highly efficient and the improved sensitivity. Results for detecting samples correlated well with those obtained by HPLC. The TRFIA shorten analytical procedure, testing time and workload significantly.
