Enhanced formation of <1 0 0> and <1 1 1> interstitial loops by helium clustering in bcc iron

The evolution of SIAs depends on the spatial distribution of helium clusters. A 1/2<1 1 1> interstitial loop is formed for two He clusters separated far away from each other. A <1 0 0> interstitial loop can be generated at special conditions. Pressure fields created by He clusters provide a new mechanism for the formation and growth of a <1 0 0> interstitial loop.
