Prepared Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films by dip coating technique using non-toxic chemicals. Studied the effect of sulphurizing temperature on structural, optical and electrical properties. The phase pure CZTS absorber film exhibited excellent photovoltaic properties. The film sulphurized at 550 °C for 30 min exhibited optimum properties.
