Critical phenomena and estimation of the spontaneous magnetization by the analysis of the magnetic entropy change for the Nd0.6Sr0.3Ca0.1Mn0.975Fe0.025O3 manganite
The compound undergoes a second order phase transition from ferromagnetic to paramagnetic state. The critical exponents values agree strongly with that of Mean field model. A wonderful magnitude coincidence between the magnetic entropy change using the Maxwell relation and the Landau theory. The perfect estimation of β by the Landau theory ensure the validly of this technique to calculate β exponent value.
