We report on regime shifts in seasonal zooplankton populations in the NW Atlantic. Seasonally and spatially distinct regime shifts were identified across the NE shelf. The Gulf of Maine was distinct for spring communities. Water temperature, stratification, and the AMO appear related to regime shifts.
