Chitosan biocomposites with high fraction of Bioactive glass particles (50%). Flexible behavior was investigated experimentally highly flexible composite foams were obtained with non-cytotoxic behavior. High porosity and interconnectivity appropriate to support of cell culture. Suitable for biomedical applications.
