We fractionated the oil according to boiling point, polarity, and log Kow. In the boiling point of 290–330 °C, aromatic fraction showed high DNA damage. In the boiling point of 350–400 °C, resin and polar fraction showed high DNA damage. DNA damage in the fraction may show synergistic or antagonistic effect depending on the compounds.
