The ultimate strength of circular concrete-filled tubular (CFT) columns is studied. The proposed strength formulae for the DSM can predict reasonably conservative strength of circular CFT columns. A simplified strength interaction curve can be applied to circular CFT columns under combined axial compression and bending.
