Three-dimensional inverse heat conduction modeling was conducted. A hollow cylindrical tube having two layers was considered. Thermal resistance network scheme was used to solve the heat conduction in the tube. Unknown heat flux was predicted by Kalman filter and recursive least-squares algorithm.
