The South Qinling Belt was a part of Yangtze Block during the Neoproterozoic.

Magmatic rocks formed before ca. 833 Ma represents the amalgamation of Rodinia.

The breakup events of Rodinia began at ~ 833 Ma and the peak age was at ~ 740 Ma.
