Comparison of five extraction methods has been performed for determination of selected polyphenols Tilia inflorescentia.

Ultrasound assisted extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, microwave assisted extraction, Soxhlet extraction and heat reflux extraction were used in the experiment.

Ultrasound assisted extraction proved most efficient and fast method for isolation of polyphenols from linden flowers.
