The performance of an HPLC method for rapid quantification of chlorogenic acids in green coffee extract was investigated.

The precision statistics were assessed in an interlaboratory study.

The between and within-laboratory consistency statistics indicated that the character of the method variability was normal.

Based on the repeatability and reproducibility standard deviations the method was considered precise.
