Survey of regulated mycotoxin in a traditional staple of the Canary Islands.

All mycotoxins were below the EU MRLs.

The estimated daily intake was low, except in the case of aflatoxins.

The intake of aflatoxins through gofio would pose risk for HBsAg + population.
