First glycoproteome comparison between T. cruzi epimastigotes and trypomastigotes; In total, 1306 N-glycosylation sites covering 690 T. cruzi glycoproteins were identified; Site-specific N- and O-glycan structure assignment showed life stage-specific glycosylation signatures; Increased protein glycosylation in trypomastigotes compared to epimastigotes were demonstrated.
