In-situ growing Fe3O4 and silane coupling agents on HNTs surfaces was fabricated. Modified HNTs/Fe3O4 composite achieves the simultaneous removal of Cr(VI) and Sb(V). The presence of Cr(VI) improves the Sb(V) adsorption by Cr–O–Sb binding in aqueous.
