The fibrous nano-composites with imperfect interface are investigated. The imperfect interface, nano interface stress, and fiber section shape are considered. The closed from solution of the effective antiplane shear modulus is obtained. Five previous solutions can be regarded as the limit cases from the present expression. The interfacial imperfection causes a reduction in the effective shear modulus.
