Dermatological disorders are frequently seen in children. Few reports describe the spectrum of dermatological diseases in emergency settings. We describe versatility of dermatological disorders in a pediatric emergency room. Large number of cases received no diagnosis, shedding light on gaps in knowledge. The results can aid in development of dermatology curricula for non-dermatologists.
