High-sulfur CZTSSe films are prepared by sulfurizing as-deposited Cu-Zn-Sn-Se films. Formation and recrystallization temperature of CZTSSe during heating are found. The tunability of heat treatment parameters on S/(S+Se) ratio is demonstrated.
