Ziprasidone decreased spontaneous locomotion and conditioned locomotion to cocaine. Aripiprazole decreased the expression of conditioned hyperlocomotion to cocaine. Ziprasidone/aripiprazole decreased cocaine sensitization in a context-dependent way. Aripiprazole decreased acute cocaine hyperlocomotion in a context-dependent manner. Aripiprazole/ziprasidone treatments were not effective when given in the home-cage.
