Dysregulation of RNA processing pathway was suggested to underlie AR-V7 expression. An shRNA screen identified DDX39B as a factor contributing to AR-V7 generation. Simultaneous silencing of DDX39B and its paralog DDX39A nearly abolished AR-V7.
