Minimally-invasive surgery is an alternative to craniotomy for intracranial tumors. In this report, we describe a combination of minimally-invasive surgical techniques. LITT followed by surgical debulking could be done safely and effectively. A larger study is needed to validate and assess the applicability of this technique.
