Present a forecasting procedure for C&DW that can forecast the quantity of each component of waste. A transition matrix that aims to estimate the discharge of each component in the C&DW is proposed. Forecast and analyze the future C&DW quantity and components in China by using the proposed model. Apply the proposed model in 31 different provinces to provide data support for policy makers. The model is validated by comprehensive model testing criterion.
